The ease of use, once you get used it takes about 5 minutes from first installation until your up & running with all features working correctly for both new installs as well upgrades or rewrites/changes in existing systems! We have been able to develop our own custom applications (as opposed to using off-the shelf solutions) that interface directly into this product without us having to go through middleware such as JIRA etc - which makes life much easier when developing software where we are not always 100% sure what will be required by customers / end users so can't just rely upon someone else's solution being available at point of need.
