I love that this software is so customizable! The team has been extremely responsive to our questions, giving us great insight into how we can improve their product as well as adding new features when they are requested by customers (which happens frequently). They have made it easy/ cheap enough for smaller companies like ours who don't need much customization but still want all important documents in one place at any given time with ease. Not having access to templates from other vendors would be nice - you'd think something built-in could do most things? We've solved storage issues related to paper invoices being used across multiple departments within an organization, allowing them to send out electronic ones instead via email or SharePoint once entered correctly. It also helps ensure accuracy since there isn't always room nor budget spent printing everything twice which leads to mistakes getting lost over time if not caught.
