Defective zippers - my new review
The boots themselves are very well made and warm - my daughter loved them and never complained of cold toes. However, during the huge snow storm we just had, the zipper jumped off the track because one of the prongs fell off and now we can't close the side zipper. We do this until we buy another boot, using long laces to wrap the ankle of the boot.

- The boots were warm enough even in sub-zero temperatures, but the zippers kept twisting and breaking after 6 weeks of wear.
