Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.
By the way, in the L-series, not quite glass is used, but special plastic, according to its characteristics it is better and more expensive than glass. You can read about it on the manufacturer's website. The working "hole" 8-11, although it behaves very dignified in the open. There is a slight venetization, increasing with increasing FR. The rest - above all praise.
Pros
- focal length range. Contrast, sharpness across the field, color reproduction. Correct operation of the stabilizer in both modes. Fast focus. Excellent dust / moisture protection (filmed in the desert, in the rain)
Cons
- The "pump" with 300mm is a little tight, probably the main drawback of this model (I bought it for the 3rd time). I disagree with complaints about weight, a bunch of zooms covering this range of FR weigh the same, if not more . + the need for replacement.
