I have a young Australian Shepherd - now two but she was only a year old when I bought her. Young Australians are always on the go, on the go, on the go and throwing themselves into everything, not to be destructive but because they are smart, active and curious. It's not a problem when she's outside, but at home I needed to have her in a secluded place where she could be by my side, play with her toys instead of my papers, and roam willy-nilly. This pen was great. She's spending less and less time in the paddock as she learns to play next to me and walk within sight. This one is high enough that she won't jump over it. I put a nice comfy pillow inside and she can take a nap when she wants without having to be in her cage at night.
