The first screen protector is pre-packaged in the installation tool. Everything went perfectly. Instructions for installing the second protector were not included with the tool. I placed the screen protector on the tool so that it looked exactly like the original and found that the tool would place the screen protector correctly on the phone's screen once it snapped onto the phone. That didn't happen. After the tool snapped onto the phone, the screen protector was placed too low on the screen, causing it to land where the edge of the case goes. This was discovered when the phone was placed back in its case and the screen protector lifted. No wonder the protective film wouldn't stick back on and stick properly. The case is the same for both phones. The difference between a good install and a bad install is where the install tool placed the screen protector on the phone screen.
