[updated December 5, 2018]. Spent some time with Product Support / Revain yesterday. They sent me a replacement. The installation went smoothly today. In fact it was defective. Never happened to me before! So, I'm going with 4 now. I'd give it a 5, but the included antenna sucks where I live. I stuck a pair of old fashioned bunny ears into this thing and it came out crystal clear with no hesitation. So if I don't come back later with something else, it's worth it to me and nice. [By the way, I switched to Windows Media for display in Windows 7. Like it better than the app they provided.] I'm having trouble following the instructions, maybe for this to work on Windows 7. No matter what I do, the setup (app and driver) cannot find the device. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Is there a specific sequence of instructions to get this working on Windows 7. When I try to install the app it says I need drivers. When I try to install the driver, it cannot find the device. Thanks BobJuan.
