One of the channels has stopped working. I've always bought better and more expensive antennas and none of them gave me channel 2. Finally I tried my TV tuner with the cheapest unamplified antenna and now I am receiving this channel, which confirms that the tuner is defective. Inconsistent behavior when used with NVIDIA Shield TV, ClearStream ECLIPSE® Amplified HDTV Internal Antenna, and Plex. Although the box says it's a Windows PC and Shield TV, you must have a Windows PC to install the software to be able to scan channels and there is no software included for the Shield. And then about five years ago I bought a standalone DVR to record my online games. I bought this after I wanted to watch OTA TV on my phone on the go. I knew this was one of the solutions when I heard about it from several tech YouTubers many years ago. It works with the Channels app and Shield Plex, but not very well. There was no sound in the channel app. Has something to do with the Dolby license on the sign.
