One of the channels has stopped working. I've always bought better and more expensive antennas and none of them gave me channel 2. Finally I tried my TV tuner with the cheapest unamplified antenna and now I am receiving this channel, which confirms that the tuner is defective. I contacted Hauppauge and they got back to me within a few days. Eventually they confirmed it was indeed a defective tuner and asked me to send it to them and then they would send me a new one. This is disappointing customer service considering the high premium they charge compared to the $10 tuners available on ebay. If I had to do it again, I would choose the cheaper option.
