I like that it is easy to use and program and that it fits well on the counter. It makes a good cup of coffee and is extremely quiet, which is nice since my last one sounded like a car gearbox on its last legs. I also love how easy the lid of the pot comes off and how well it snaps into place. However, there are a few things to note: - It doesn't have a drip catcher to prevent the coffee from dripping when the pot is removed - Front end Hard to tell how much water you need due to the water inlet - I don't like it that the water meter only shows 2 cups. Not the end of the world, but a disappointment for those of us who know exactly how much coffee we want. - Don't stay hot. I don't know what's going on with this pot. It stays warm, of course, but it never gets really hot, not even chilly, and that only makes it colder. I need to warm up my coffee for an hour or two after it's in the pot. I like it, it's all right. But there are a few small tweaks that could have been made to make it perfect and I don't understand why the heating element is so much weaker than in the past.
