Size 4 fits my 5 year old very thin son perfectly. In normal clothing he also wears the 4th size. He usually wears size 4 The Place skinny jeans, which are fully stretched for a better fit. He could wear a three piece suit around his waist but his legs are too long. Everyone thought he was charming at my brother's wedding. The costume was great for the price! No complaints.
