Review on 🍝 GOURMEX Stainless Steel Manual Pasta Maker Machine: Adjustable Thickness Settings for Professional Homemade Spaghetti and Fettuccini by Rhonda Jennings

This product is pretty much a manual pasta maker. The stainless steel looks nice but is extremely difficult to clean which is my biggest concern. There are no clear directions on the packaging on how to sterilize it. They mention you need to brush it but don't provide cleaning brushes. Water, oil and detergents should also not be used as they can discolour the product. What you are left with is a product that cannot be thoroughly disinfected, which is a major disadvantage given the current pandemic. The only way to even access the dough cutting surfaces is to undo a few screws and do a lot of disassembling, which would be difficult. Other products I've used came with cleaning kits or were washable.
