It rained today so I haven't taken it outside yet. However, I've been walking around the house (wooden floors) for quite some time and I have to say the thing is incredibly smooth. It spins incredibly well and one hit is enough to go a very long distance. It has low ground clearance so I'd say beware of major bumps in the road, but on smooth surfaces (e.g. driving in a parking lot or on a good pavement/road) I can already say, that i like this thing. I thought I wasn't a fan of sponge grips but they feel really great. If they ever break I might opt for something a little more solid, but so far they're great. In addition, the Quick-Latch folding system is very intuitive and safe while driving. Just remember to move the handlebars as far away from you as possible while on the scooter to ensure it is locked. The wood of the scooter is also very reminiscent of a skateboard and has a good grip on the feet. The only thing I would wish for was a coaster for those times I don't want to drive for a while instead of folding or laying it down.
