Love it!: Hydration
I teach a lot of hot yoga and have had a pretty bad headache from dehydration and was looking for an easy fix. All my friends told me about nuun, so I chose the "Energy" version first because they had a lower price here on Amazon. I must say. I am addicted! The taste is way better than any other moisturizing product I've tried. As other reviews have said they take forever to clear up but I'm patient enough to deal with it. I'm sensitive to caffeine and the amount of green tea doesn't bother me. Can't wait to try other flavors!
