I had a very old peeler and decided to buy a new one. I use a lot of veggies, we have a vegetable garden full of carrots, potatoes, aubergines - so this peeler had great reviews and you can't beat the price! I love my pretty vegetable cutter (light green). Peeling large carrots is easy, and eggplants are not difficult at all. I can buy one for each of my three daughters as stocking fillers!
