Absolute top-tier quality. When you really need to give something 6 stars out of 5! Nine years of continuous use! I'm considering replacing it now. I'm going to switch it up and grab a Polar P1956 instead (it's the same backpack, just with a different pattern). This bag will serve as a secondary alternative for "dirty" adventures (caves, abandoned buildings, etc.). There are benefits: - Convenience (straps, double zippers, and a padded back) - Longevity (many prominent brands' backpacks deteriorate within two years). At the very least, this one has a 5-year lifespan. - Storage space (the ideal amount for a city is 27 liters). - Usefulness (many of storage spaces, including zipped pockets inside) Design (a few other models share the same basic features). - Reasonable cost (when stacked up against competitors). Requires compromises: - Once or twice a month I'll see someone walking down the street carrying the exact same backpack as myself. This information (that the backpack won't be special) may be crucial for some people. If you choose a red model instead of a black one, for instance, you'll get one hundred times less hits. Bindings for skateboards, snowboards, and skis are not allowed. I broke the plastic belt carabiner after 5 years of usage (they went through it a few times), two small holes were worn in the bottom of the main compartment after 8 years, and the main compartment zipper gave up after 9 years. For my part, I can ignore all this because. simple to replace, especially taking into account the regularity with which the item is used (you can always sew, sew in a new zipper, or buy a new carabiner).
