Update 1 - H&L revised my return for the third time. H&L informed ebay they would accept the return of the 3 kettlebells I purchased leaving out it would not be for 100% but instead only $60. ebay closed the case, told me to send the kettlebells back, however, H&L told me to keep them and they would credit my form of payment $60. Now I’m requesting 2 different departments of ebay to get on the same page.The kettlebells are NOT AS ADVERTISED- very thin, barely detectable (if at all) neoprene coating- they are very small, the kettlebells in the pictures are not the size I received. The handles are so small I can’t grasp with both hands.- all the kettlebells fell off center, would be unsafe to do kettlebell swings or similar exercisesAvoid all kettlebells from this company! When I received your 3 I ordered I was so disappointed, they were extremely small, the neoprene coating was thin and barely detectable. The handle to hold on to them was too small and made kettlebell swings (really any kettlebell motion) impossible and since the three I received felt off balance, I felt unsafe and worried I would injur myself if I kept attempting to use them.When I started the return policy I received a message from the owners informing me they disagreed with the reason I was returning them, they refused to give me full refund and offered $20. I insisted full refund since their company states 30-day money back guarantee. With that they offered $60. I contacted ebay customer support, $60 didn’t even cover half time cost of the three I bought and I couldn’t use them anyway so I’m still out money. ebay forced the seller to complete refund process. I’ll update when / have f that happens
