Review on Cuisinart AMB 9SP Nonstick Bakeware Springform by Farhad Cantu

Based on the great reviews and knowing that Cuisinart usually makes quality cooking and baking equipment I thought I would love this pan. I make cheesecake. This springform pan is the worst I've ever had. First, it leaked when I first used it. Second, when I tried to get my cheesecake out of the pan, it was a mess! I've been making cheesecake for many, many years. This was the first time the crust stuck to the edge of the pan when I let go of it. I sprayed it with Pam! I knew I'd used enough graham cracker crust butter when I saw melted butter on the bottom of my clean oven. When I tried to remove the bottom of the cheesecake and place it on a plate...well, it didn't work. The cheesecake was torn into pieces. The skin has been damaged. I had an emperor for many years. Several boxes were lost during the move. Of course, one box contained my Kaiser split mold. buy emperor I just hope the quality of the Kaiser is as good as it was 20 years ago when I first bought it.
