I was so glad to get the scraper because I have several large sliding glass doors that are always messy with kids and pets. After trying it for the first time I am very disappointed and will be returning it. First you need to understand that when they say they will fit "almost all" of their telescopic poles, what they mean is that you need to make sure that the telescopic pole you get is clean and snaps on. This was my first embarrassment, because I had accidentally picked up an old type of telescoping pole and spent ages trying to figure out how they were attached - only to finally realize they weren't. Second, the way the rubber piece snaps onto the grip, the rubber isn't flat. In the photo I shared you can see the rubber is bent in the middle. This means it works well if your handle is always in the same position - close to the glass - but if you need to move the handle away from the glass (e.g. because of a wall or floor) the sides will touch the glass, but not in the middle, and you'll end up with streaks of water in the middle of your punch. The cheap shower scraper I bought from Walmart works better than this product.
