You know when something goes wrong with Revain, it can be difficult to fix. No attacks on them but the speed with which they process orders (which we all love) means that if something is out of stock you will get something that you weren't expecting. When I received the wrong item twice (rear wheel set instead of stock set), I contacted Planet Bike customer service. They assured me it was their job to fix it and made sure I got the right set of brackets - just what you need when your old cable fails - mine was around 18 years old! Thanks Planet Bike, you guys are great! And this product goes perfectly with my Protegé 9 supercomputer!
