These are beautiful letters, beautiful felt texture. However, the instructions didn't work for me. Practice on scraps of fabric with letters you don't need for your project. The thermal setting and the cooling time are critical. I set the iron to steam on the lowest setting, which is pretty hot. I attached the iron to the letter and let it sit for 60 seconds. Leave to cool for 2 minutes. Before removing the peel, I rubbed the letter with a spoon to encourage sticking. When removing the plastic you should use a light touch. Remove slowly and easily. There is a rim that needs to come off, so don't think peeling it off won't work. If that doesn't really work, put it back in place and repeat the process for 30 seconds of heating and another 2 minutes of cooling.
