I like the ability to create customized reports and dashboards with in-built data analytics tool. It also has a very user friendly UI. Some of the customizations are a bit difficult, but that could be due to lack of documentation. There is no inbuilt ERP solution as such to connect to, which makes it difficult to implement where there is an existing ERP system being used within the organization. Also, sometimes the customization options get over complicated and can become time consuming. We use this software to pull financial statements from multiple banks and other financial institutions and then create reports and dashboard to present to our clients. The reports we generate help us measure risk across different business units based on their exposures and leverage profile, thereby enabling better decision making.
