Everything you get is fantastic. The wig needs some fluffing but full and comfortable. It is adjustable inside with elastic settings. It comes with wig cap to hold hair underneath in place. The choker is not great quality but looks just like jewelry from movie in silhouette. So pleased with this purchase. I won best costume at our office party
