the fact that Musette says is a kind of bag that says bag. make of it what you want. don't overfill. Judging by other positive reviews I think it's my fault but. The zipper unzipped as I reached the end of the trail for a breather and pulled out my phone. Luckily they include a lanyard, the lanyard is designed to attach to the head tube but being so small it's not really needed but the lanyard works great for getting home if the zip breaks. I managed to reassemble the zipper using needle nose pliers. BUT, happened again on my next trip on the other side. I could probably exchange it as defective but I really like the small size of the bag and it was clear that if I exchanged it it would happen again. So I bought an 8 inch metal zipper, cut it to size and sewed it back together. There is no other bag of this size on Amazon, others are around 10 inches long. You can spend $40-70 on Etsy for an 8" x 5" bag so I invested $1.50 in a zipper and started crafting instead of paying someone else to craft, I'm happy with that. I'll probably put a patch over the "Mussette" text on the Mussette pocket.
