Funny, this replacement hose looks better and is heavier than the original. Overall it's great to have a hose that doesn't need tape in 3 places lol. And there's nothing better than an OEM replacement, they FIT, although the end of the brush head may seem a HAIR smaller because the extension tube or brush head seems to pop out a little quicker than usual. However, attachments like the vacuum cleaner are 4-5 years old and can easily be lengthened by constantly attaching and detaching at the point of attachment. No indicator, the hose as a whole works well.
