If you've ever used a silicone baking pan, you know that it's very easy to clean. But you may also know that they are flexible and unstable. This muffin pan is the solution to that problem. The muffin pans are quite large, larger than standard cupcake/muffin pans. But there is some kind of metal frame (covered in plastic) around the rim that stabilizes the silicone cupcake liners. One of my favorite cooking recipes is very simple: place a large handful of chopped baby spinach in a muffin tin, pour into whisks, and bake at 375 degrees for about half an hour. Used this pan for the first time today. It took about thirty seconds to clean the pan after the cupcakes popped out like a dream. I'm so glad I have this pan!
