Works as advertised
It took me some time and effort to remove the defective drive but after replacing it works as advertised. The local Honda dealership charged $300 for the job. The whole job took about 4 hours plus the cost of the part. Make sure you have a strong magnet to do the job as the clips will fly into the door panel.
