It seems to work.

I was sick of traffic, so I needed to be able to commute my bike to work, school, and the grocery store (or other small business). It is easy to install/remove. It has reflective strips on it so I'm hoping I don't get run over. The biggest disadvantage is that I can't put my computer in it. I can only put a textbook in a big bag, but nothing else. This requires some work. It has a change of clothes, a bike lock, a pump and other bike essentials, as well as my lunch.
