As described, this product is 100% pure and food safe. However, after I bought it, I looked at the safety data sheet and the "Regulatory Information" section says "WARNING! This product contains a chemical known to cause cancer." Note to seller: Please put this in the description so customers know what they are buying. I'll try mine now that I'll try If you're making your own skincare products, you definitely need to check MSDS more often, but hey, if you're not worried about that risk, this is a pretty good quality polysorbate 80.
