This is an excellent knee brace for mild to moderate knee problems. Luckily I've recovered from serious knee problems. This brace is light and I use it during training so I don't get injured again. You just put it on and tighten the 2 adjustable straps (top and bottom). This is perfect for my needs. If you have severe knee problems (like I once had) I would recommend a heavier support until you are better. This bandage is also ideal for protection during sports such as tennis. I've been using it for several months now with no problems.
