The winch and synthetic rope are reliable. Mounting to your ATV/ATV frame will likely require you to purchase a model specific mounting bracket - the included bracket will likely work with a bumper mount or if you wish to drill through the frame to mount. I recommend the custom mount option. Kit includes wired controller, solenoid and power wiring. IMPORTANT NOTE. If you are installing on an ATV (mine is on a 2016 Kingquad 750AXi) the included blue/yellow power cables are too short to install according to the instructions. However, you can change Red/Black to Blue/Yellow and it will work, just the color markings on the screws will not match. If you do this you will need a different screw/butt/washer combination than what you have. designed to connect the solenoid to the switch block. I used the 5/16 inch setting I had on hand. Also, be sure to attach the rubber sleeve to the breaker BEFORE connecting the battery. You could get electrocuted or short circuit if you don't do this step. I haven't tightened this winch hard yet but can confirm that it does indeed work, doesn't generate paracidal stress and, most importantly for the price, seems very reliable.
