These are the best BT headphones I've ever owned. Great but not amazing for one reason only: no noise cancellation. I mean all manufacturers have gone for this "noise cancelling" because the sounds around you are not audible to the listener. Well, that's great, but isn't that an essential feature of earbuds? My problem is that there is external noise. recipient by phone. I mean I literally watched over 100 youtube video reviews of them before spending close to $200 on a pair of kidneys again. heard! So I rolled the dice. Yet again. In the real world, this is good for a lot of people, comfort, style (no giant bug hanging out of your head, Air Pods.) and overall performance. All of the above features are great and work well too. Okay, how can Jabra do such an amazing job of working these things against wind noise but other sounds ready? WIN for the recipient on the phone! I mean, they did an excellent job of reducing wind noise, like driving down the street in my car at 60+mph since the front windows are all the way down and they can't hear anything that stands out! On the other hand, when I'm in a (car) shop now, it's like ear candy for the person I'm talking to on the phone and he can't hear me, but the sounds of the compressed air tool are very crisp and clear. LAUGH OUT LOUD. This shortcoming disturbs the 5-star rating! The only headphones I've had that could do that were the first generation Jaybird headphones, but they picked up wind noise, not really wirelessly, oh, and they don't anymore. The Jaybird X3 doesn't even bother with receiver noise cancellation. Well, I just wish these manufacturers would "hear" the call and say, hmmm, I bet there are a lot of people out there who would pay more if they actually made these features! Well, one day. a day.
