I started this 3 weeks ago and I can already see a slight difference. I have nail fungus on 5 fingers. I had it many years ago and was taking oral medications that destroyed it. However, since these drugs can damage your liver, I don't want to use them again. It already seems that the yellowish color is disappearing. I file my nails and clean them with anti-dandruff shampoo (it's an antifungal) every night. Then I use the laser for at least 7 minutes at a time. If I have time, I'll make it longer. I repeat the laser in the morning. I read an article from a university in South Korea showing that laser treatment actually works. The downside is that he might even come back after he's gone. So I think the key is that after you've cleaned it, you use a laser about once a week to make it go away. I'll update again in a month or so, but I really think it's working!
