This is an exciting buy. I first got to know this product at the fair. I was in the market looking for one. Many of the ones I found were a little pricey. I came across this product and it was on sale so I decided to give it a try. I exercise regularly and over time my muscles can become tight and sore. I used this product as a post workout routine to relax my muscles. The product came with a very sturdy holdall. Pretty small and easy to carry. The small steering wheel is great for people like me with small hands. The weight of the machine wasn't great, but holding it for too long can get a little tiring. In any case, I see a clear difference in the leg muscles on the first try. I feel great and the next day I had no aches or pains. If you need to use it on your back, you'll need someone to help you with it. I've only tried the ball head so far and it works very well for the arms, waist, back, buttocks, thighs and calves. There are a total of 8 heads in this product, each used for specific muscles and body parts. I will definitely try each of them. So if, like me, you love working out and have muscle issues, I highly recommend you try this product.
