Cookies are baked perfectly on this baking tray. They never stick or burn to the bottom of the cookies before they're done. I bake tons of cookies for rent and have tried many cookie cutters. Bought one here just to try as I'm a picky eater and haven't had any luck with cookie cutters, not even Wilton. I've had this pan for two months and I've seen probably 100 dozen cookies on it. Still looks and bakes like new and is one of the best pans I have. I'm working on improving the quality and got rid of three other old Faberware pans. I'm ordering a second of these pans and adding a third to my Christmas list. This pan is larger than a standard sized sheet pan, which is amazing. For the serious baker I recommend this. And at this price you can't complain!
