Review on 📐 Topkar Green Self Leveling Level: Ultimate Rotating Precision Tool by Edward Henderson

The item has arrived and is obviously used, I don't think it's ok. The seal on the box was broken, the instructions weren't creased at the same seams as the factory rolls, the parts weren't packed in the right place in the box, there were handprints and construction dust all over the pad. I'll send it back as soon as possible. I just received it and can't ask for a refund yet because it's not in the system yet I guess... Not happy as I need it asap...
