Review on Burt's Bees Baby Shampoo & Wash - Fragrance 🍯 Free, Tear Free Baby Soap 12oz Bottle - Pack of 3 by Victoria Brown

Let me start by saying that I usually LOVE Burt's Bees baby shampoo and cleanser, which is why this pissed me off so much. I have twins who are almost three years old. We have been using this product since they were babies. We've tried others, but none compare to this one. I usually buy the regular one and somehow accidentally ordered the unscented one. That was my fault. I still wanted to use it until I looked at the bottle and the contents looked disgusting. They looked like old greyish oatmeal that was watery and at the same time seemed to have sat too long. I am very upset that this was the product we received because it is definitely not the product we loved. I'll be back (or just throw it away). I sincerely hope this was a one time mistake and we don't have to make the decision to spend our dollars elsewhere. :/
