Raincoat arrived on time. I'm the size my grandson wears and it was a little big for him, but that's okay because he'll probably last two seasons in it. He loved graphic bright colors. The hood sits well in the wind and doesn't blow away. It has a lining and that's what I want so it doesn't stick to it. I only gave four stars because of the slight smell when opening.
