I have been using Inkbird products for many years and am very happy with them. I have several homebrew temperature controllers, a 6-probe Bluetooth cooking thermometer, and a 4-probe WiFi thermometer. So do I really need another wireless thermometer? The answer is yes. The IBT-2X is a great addition to my BBQ arsenal. Most of the time I only need a probe or two when cooking, and the IBT-6X often felt like overkill. It's great when I have multiple records, but for everyday use the IBT-2X seems to be just what the doctor ordered. The device is easy to set up and easy to use. My iPhone recognized it immediately and I was up and cooking in seconds. The alarms are easy to use and will let you know when the temperature drops or spikes. So if there's a problem, I'll know right away, even if I haven't stopped checking the temperature on the app. them neat and organized. This is another great product from InkBird.
