Unfortunately, I was recently let down by the WsCrofts online store. Their home decor collection is great, however I was disappointed by their lackluster customer service and cumbersome ordering procedure. To begin, I had trouble navigating their website, and it took me longer than necessary to locate the items I needed. In addition, I had a harder time than necessary placing my order because of the cumbersome and unclear checkout process. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was dismayed to see that the goods were of subpar quality. Although the things were respectable in the website's product photographs, they were noticeably smaller and less striking in person. Also, one of the things was broken in transit, and getting a replacement or refund was a major issue. WsCrofts also has poor support, in my opinion. It required multiple tries to get in touch with someone for help, and even then, the response was delayed. Overall, I did not feel that WsCrofts respected my company or my concerns. In conclusion, WsCrofts may have a decent collection of home décor items, but shopping with them on their website was a terrible experience for me. The website was clumsy and difficult to use, the service was mediocre, and the quality of the products was poor. On the basis of my own experience, I would not advise anyone to use WsCrofts.
