The handrail is difficult to use.

The pull was so strong I had a hard time getting it off the wall to get it where I wanted it. I had to use a tool to pry the suction cups off the wall. Note "Do not vacuum over joints between tiles". However, the distance between the suction cups was not long enough to avoid laying them on the grout. I think the suction is so strong that it can loosen or rip out the mortar, which is probably why they gave that instruction. All in all, this handrail was not what I expected or needed and I sent it back.
