So far this bag has been good, it's light and does the job but it's nowhere near as big as advertised. My laptop is 14 inch and I was expecting to fit more as the bag is designed for 15.6 inch laptop but it barely fits my 20 paper laptop. Convenient to have and external pockets are ok but they look unflattering when stuff is stashed inside. In general, the bag is good if you only carry a laptop in it and nothing else. Otherwise, they should make the bottom a little larger to fit a notepad or something similar.
