The ability to automate many tasks, such as generating tax reports or creating quarterly financial statements is very helpful in streamlining my workflows! I also like that it's easy for employees with little knowledge of accounting software to use - they can easily learn how things are done by looking at an online video tutorial (you're able to watch them while you navigate).

It could be improved if there were more tutorials available; however this isn't necessarily their fault since we have so much data coming from different sources. We've been using ParalelAsset mainly because our finance department was not familiar enough with Quickbooks' interface but now everyone has gotten used to working within its system which makes life easier overall!
