Worked exactly as expected. I screwed up my first crimp so I'll consider it a "sample" crimp to find out, but luckily my wires had an extra end (if an external coil was used). I used this with a set of Taylor coiled core wires. Some people say the stripping part doesn't work well, but I haven't had any problems with it. Crimp it over the wire in the stripping portion of the jaw, then twist the tool around the wire and pull. Only a few remnants of the insulation had to be removed with a sharp knife. The inner core has never been damaged using this method.
