I like the ones that have screw beads although they are too small for a tragus piercing, but I like the ones that have screw beads for my earrings in the upper cartilage. It's important to pay attention when you get them, as only half of them have a tethered ball. The rest is very thin, with the usual sliding heels that don't hold up very well. The ones with a threaded bead on the back aren't bad. They are advertised plain or as tragus rings and they are definitely too small for that. But I found another use for them.
