Heavy stuff. There are no problems with the firmware yet. The zipper has only 1 pull, and the inner wire stiffening the opening of the bag forces you to "tear" the last turn when trying to close the bag, although this is not a problem when opening the bag . Plenty of external pockets but not enough material for each "pocket" to fit anything essential. The inner pockets are better. The bottom of the bag is vinyl/plastic. Would help protect the bag from dirt and water but being basically plastic I'm not sure how long it will last over time.
