It took me a while to write this review. I see an effect on the lower back and upper back. I was surprised that after 3 days of wearing the bracelet the pain was gone! Last July I injured my back and was in bed for 5 days before I could walk with poles from the pain. I was able to recover from it, but I have constant back pain. So I tried this bracelet after reading all the reviews. It works and looks great. I never take it off even when I take a bath. What surprised me is that after 5 days of wearing the green tinge on my skin stopped. Ordered for my wife.
