Ideal for niche markets

I bought this stand because I needed to make my gaming PC mobile. However, this stand is not without drawbacks. The instructions are in a foreign language, but they're not that difficult to understand. The only thing that confused me was that the frames that mount the monitor and keyboard brackets have screw holes but none in the glass bottom. So instead of running the screws through the base and attaching on the other side, they were tightened with a large washer until the lever was tight and secure. It's not what the instructions say, but seems to be holding up well after a few days. My next complaint is that the keyboard grip doesn't reach as far and is weak - to the point where it wobbles and the keyboard jumps. and down as you type. Putting the weight of your wrists on it keeps your hand stable, but the keyboard platform itself is uneven in the middle, making the keyboard wobble even more. The shelf is also very small. It has retractable rails to increase the surface area. Not sure if they work as intended. I'm happy with the small keyboard so it doesn't bother me. Slightly larger feet on the keyboard would have prevented it from rocking back and forth on an uneven shelf. I really like the mouse pad. It's the perfect size (at least for the small mouse I use) and it even has enough room for the palm rest I use. For an office chair with narrow armrests, it adjusts so that I can rest my elbows on the chair's armrests while my hand rests comfortably on the mouse. All keyboard and mouse pad attachments are also easily adjustable. I can even fold it back so the mouse pad is on the left side, giving it ample access to the very wide armrest on my couch, which I like to use as a mouse pad when I'm not in my chair. the trolley is mobile, so I can also use it in bed. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure everything will be fine. The monitor stand, like the keyboard stand, isn't as long as I'd like, but it's height adjustable and fairly versatile in terms of flex. As you may have read in other reviews, some joints in the hands are easier to move than others, but I feel like that's on purpose. All I know is that the monitor slides back easily when I need to get up, and just as easily snaps back into place when I come back. The same applies to the keyboard stand. The last thing I want to say is that the base is quite small and I'm afraid it will tip over. Right now I have a 15lb kettlebell at the base just for a little extra weight. Since then I haven't worried. I ordered a granite slab to match the base, adding weight and increasing the surface area as my desktop is quite large. With small feet on one side it barely fits but I don't like the setup and I want to mount my PS4 on the base which needs a bit more space. So here it is. Are there any disadvantages - YES. This is for everyone - NO. But if you want to make desktop mobile, it has a lot of potential if you can overcome the minor inconveniences. I wish I could find a better one, but I can't find another like him, period. But overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone like me who doesn't want to game on a laptop but needs portability.
