These things suck, I should have ignored the 5 star reviews. Right out of the box, errors occur when you try to format it in Windows. So I used Rufus and was able to format them as plain non-bootable storage with the FAT32 file system. I wanted to record music and video files on it for DVD players and car stereos. When copying files (less than 200 MB), the flash drive stalled and finally reported that the files on it were corrupt. After repairing and trying again, the same thing happens with completely different files. I tried it on the second drive and it did the same thing. I don't waste time with them anymore. And the light at the ends of these sticks is very bright, so they're going to be too annoying in the car or near the TV anyway. I have successfully used SanDisk and PNY drives for years. I'll come back to that after this fiasco.
