Just horrible customer service and very many complaints

There's not much I like about this product as it has some serious issues that are being ignored by their support team or perhaps they don't have any dedicated staff members who work out these problems? Maybe there was just one person when we signed up but now two years later (and several changes of leadership) no new people seem interested because everyone thinks its terrible so why would anyone want to be associated w/it anymore??? They claim that over 50%of our registrations never even go through which shows how awful most companies using them reallyare at keeping track of things properly - if you're going make sure u do research first. And also look into other services instead!!

  • Poor customer service / lackluster response time from reps in chat room; very unhelpful rep told me my account manager doesn’t exist for 3 weeks while he had been trying with him all along.this is completely incorrect since i can log onto his profile via phone app & email directly without issue..the only way she could help us resolve an error regarding duplicate emails sent after
